Origin Tropical Asia

Description: Also known as Ti, Tricolor and as the Tree of Kings, the Hawaiian Good Luck plant makes a dramatic feature plant, with broad, paddle shaped leaves that are variegated in white, yellow, green, brown, pink and red. In summer, cream or red flowers are followed by red berries. A large plant, it can grow to 3 meters high and 2 meters wide.

Position : Place near a north facing window for the right light and temperature. Avoid direct sun.

Stumpy’s Cultivation Tips: Plant cuttings in summer in any good quality, well drained potting mix. Supplement with regular doses of house plant fertilizer.

Cordylines should be kept well-watered during warm weather but prefer to dry out between waterings in winter.

Problems: Mites. Spray Mites with White oil to control these little rascals.
