Description: Hardy Prayer plants get their common name from their curious habit of curling up their leaves at night. Their attractive paddle-shaped leaves are ribbed in pink, red or purple depending on variety.
Small white flowers may grow in spring and summer. The plants reach 30cm- 12 inches high.
Position: How to grow Prayer plants. These plants thrive on humidity and are adaptable to most light intensities. They will survive with very little light- dark, damp draught free bathrooms are perfect.
