Several species of this plant exist – S. t. Hahnii (green foliage) and S.t. Golden Hahnii (gold leaves) are both slow growing and therefore good for terrariums.

Position: This hardy specimen adapts to a variety of conditions from dim to bright light, warm to cool temperatures.

They dislike direct sun.

: Plant root divisions or cuttings in spring in peat based potting mix. Water sparingly, especially in winter. These plants thrive on neglect and need little care. Re-pot occasionally, only when roots become completely congested.
